Here are FAQs we commonly receive from dealers or exhibitors attending the Long Beach Expo for the first time.

Every exhibitor/dealer must have their ribbon visible at all times on the showroom floor. Exhibitor ribbons will be picked up at check-in, in the HALL C lobby of the Convention Center. If your staff requires extra ribbons, their names need to be indicated on the application form at the time your application is submitted.

Each table has decorator pipe and drape and is ready for you to do business! Display cases (standard-sized aluminum display cases at 24″ x 36″ x 4″) and lamps are available for a small fee – indicate how many of each you will require on your application form. Your exhibitor sign will display your company name, city & state of business, and your booth number. You will have chairs inside and outside your booth. You will have an electrical outlet to plug in computers, lamps, credit card machines, etc. You will have one trash can. Extra extension cords, display cases, lamps and table covers are available to rent.
